Kinda like when I go to a restaurant. I usually end up having the same thing because I can't make up my mind! LOL . True story. Ask my husband. Yeah, while everyone else is lookin at the menu and chit chatting, I'm over in the corner in deep concentration, and then end up ordering the same dang thing.Anyways. I did the same thing trying to decide which quilt to share. And I ended up choosing probably my favorite.
Pinwheels and Prairie Points. A tutorial I did for the Moda Bake Shop.
So I thought I'd share a few of the Pinwheel and Prairie Point quilts that have been made by others. CLICK ON THE PHOTOS to see who they are made by.

Oh, Jodi, I'm so glad that you chose a pinwheel quilt to showcase........and what a little JEWEL it is !
I love pinwheels anyway, but this little treasure just sparkles.
God Bless you for sharing your talents with others who no doubt want to copy this one !
I have got to make this quilt. Every one I've seen like it is gorgeous.

i LOVE this quilt. This is one of my faves! I have plans to make one in the future.
I know what you mean about having to choose a quilt to feature, and yes I always get the same thing at a restaurant too.
That little quilt sparkles and spins! What a great design and love the prairie points--a technique I've always wanted to try. Thanks for sharing.
Such a sweet quilt! I love prairie points too.
Hello Jodi!
Your quilt is just so precious. I look at it often and hope to create one as well. :o) I currently have a stack of squares cut for a pinwheel quilt, however I know I will need to add sashing around it to make it larger. :o)
I laughed when I read how you order your meals ... I am the exact same way! :o) One day I will just let my husband order and simply say, "Surprise me." :o) Talk about living on the wild side huh?!
Have a wonderful weekend.
Sincerely ~ Tricia Anne
It is beautiful!
I can see why everyone loved that quilt. It looks wonderful in every type of fabric.
Jodi, I absolutely love this quilt. I am so glad that you went back to the same menu :-) But I've always love pinwheels anyway!

Jodi, I remember this quilt and I love it and those little points. The ones that others have done are so cute too. Thanks for sharing.
I love this one. I really have to try prairie points sometime.
The pinwheel is one of my favorite quilts, especially the one you have in your banner which is the first one you posted here. Not sure what there is about them but the white background really makes them stand out. Love them.I must make one soon.
I love the pinwheels and the prairie points just really add to it! Gives me more ideas.

I didn't realise this was your pattern! ANother lady listed her favourite quilt on the festival as one made from this pattern, it's a green one. My comment to her - pinwheels & prairie points, impossible to go wrong with that combination! I've been trying to figure out how to do prairie points in an appelaing way on a simple square patchwork quilt for my kiddo, when I saw the other lady's post the light went on. So thank-you for the inspriation!
Your quilt pattern is on my "to do" list. I have a friend who is having a baby in the new year and this is the pattern I would like to use.
Love this quilt...and the ones you showcased!
Your pinwheel quilt is very pretty - I love the prairie points and lovely quilting.

Your Pinwheel with Prairie Points is a classic Jodi and it will be made by many for years to come so it is the perfect choice for the Quilt Festival!

I ::ADORE:: ::LOVE:: ::SWOON OVER:: this quilt everytime I see it. I have charms waiting for this little beauty - it'll be next after my Christmas quilt - and I want to make it bigger - with two sections of the praire points! Don't you think that'd be GRAND! WOW! And to add a name - GREAT IDEA!
