Hocus Pocus Witches Hat Metal Sign

A cute little blank tin sign purchased from my local craft store, black and orange Rhinestones from the scrapbooking dept. And another adorable Halloween vinyl. I applied the vinyl to the metal sign, and used the Rhinestones for accents on the witches hat.
Added some black and orange plaid ribbon for a hanger and it's oh so cute. And this one was super easy and super quick.
It's much fun having a few new Halloween Decorations around the house.
