A BIG Favorite when growing up. I taste one of these and I'm instantly taken back to Halloween when I was a child. They are easy peasy to make.
INGREDIENTS: 3 Quarts of Popped Popcorn
6 Tablespoons of Margarine or Butter
3 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
3 Tablespoons of Dry Jell-O
Melt Butter over medium heat in a large pan. When Butter is almost completely melted, add Marshmallows. Once Marshmallows are melted, add the DRY Jell-O. Mix in well. Take off burner and add Popped Popcorn, Stir well to coat Popcorn.
I use a large "cookie" scoop. {this is probably a meatball scoop which holds about 1/3 cup}. Spray it generously with Pam and no sticky hands!
Want to make a fun treat for adults? Set Popcorn "balls" on wax paper and insert a sucker stick.
Give each Popcorn Ball their own cellophane bag and tie with a cute Halloween bow.
Way Yummy!
Lots of treats are comin from the Pleasant Home Kitchen this week! Yesterday 8 of these went out the door.
Chocolate Fudge with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting and all kinds of good Halloween Candy. mmmm..
See those cute little candy cups? We'll be makin some of those in a couple weeks for Thanksgiving. Oh so fun and easy to make.
