Baby Boy Quilt and another UFO crossed off the list!

A fun and bright Baby Boy quilt I made for a friend who just had her baby!
So happy with the way it turned out. Completely made from my scrap bins. (I forgot to measure it, but I'm guessing around 45" square or a little bigger). The backing is a fun flannel of cute little automobiles.
And the binding is fun too! Ties it all together nicely, I think.
Can't wait to meet the little munchkin!

Just lovely, bright and cheerful for baby boy. It is beautiful! I haven't made a quilt yet so I'm always surprised that you can get the pieces to all come out right in size for the squares.

Ok, consider me a bad friend for not commenting (or looking sooner!) This IS an awesome quilt. I love it, and it goes SOOOOO great with Ian's bedding...you would think that you coordinated it not just used your scraps! I love it. THANK YOU so much for making it for us (I think I appreciate it more than he does right now) I am so glad that you are on the mend. Love you!
