Pretty darn clever, Ms. Jodi!!!
I love that idea!! Perfect!!
That is clever, Jodi...no more binding in your way while you are sewing.
Well isn't that clever... I'll have to try that... Cool!
What a wonderful idea...I always have binding hanging over my shoulder trying to keep it from getting all twisted....thank you so much!
That is a fantastic idea! I will do this the next time I am sewing binding on a quilt. :o)Hope you have had a wonderful week. :o)Sincerely ~ Trish
Genius! Thanks for the tip!
Is that part of your sewing machine?
That is by far the best binding hint I've ever seen. Thanks!
Now THAT's a good idea! Not as stylish as wearing a toilet paper tube (wrapped with binding) around your neck, though.
Yea, I'm gonna have to give up on the toilet paper tube too, but this looks just GREAT!I'll be able to try it out in just a day or two.
That is very cool!
Wow! That's a fabulous idea! Thanks for sharing!!
I don't have the little leg to use, but I,m sure I will find something, lol. Great idea.

Oh my goodness, that is the smartest thing ever! Now I just need one of those attachments for my machine. lol I'd love to know how you put your binding on. I'm new to quilting and enjoy all of the wonderful things you have to share..... :-)
You are so very schmart! But I knew that already!
WOW! How clever are you! I always have trouble with that pesky binding as it wraps around and around! Thank you! Oh, my pretty pin tin arrived! bloggy hugs, Susan
So simple. So clever. Love it!
What an awesome idea!!!! I will definitely be using it. Thanks for posting~~
What a cute place to put your binding roll!
Congratulations Jodi, I could feature you every week..but I love this binding idea and have to share it...so you made this week's Top 5 Hits! Have a great weekend and thanks for all you share on both of your blogs. I enjoy them so much!
Just wanted to let you know that I featured your trick on my blog: http://mummycrafts.blogspot.com/2010/10/clever-quilt-binding-trick.html
u can use a nail ..a paper towel holder or anything like that that u can slide ur binding on use a clamp to attach a small piece of board to your table to hold nail
I agree it makes sense to keep it rolled rather than getting twirled & loose but I wish you had described what you use in the picture-yes I see that it's a peg of some sort and some comments seem to think that it is part of your sewing machine but frankly, of all my sewing machines, none have a peg of any sort that's available under the table. Please, a little description would help!
Oh, I've seen a different picture-is it the foot of the extension if sewing machine is sitting on a table? There are some sewers who put machines INTO tables eliminating all possible 'pegs' Do you have suggestion for those of us who like your idea but lack the pegs?
