I thought it would be a fun treat to take to my sister's annual 4th of July party.
Homemade "Drumsticks"...
Here are the Ingredients... (pretty inexpensive with my coupons!)

I rolled the cones in wax paper

Then I melted about 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips in the microwave and spooned a bit into the bottom of each cone...
I added some softened ice cream and then put em in the freezer for a bit...

I cut some scrapbook paper 6" x 6" square. I took off the waxed paper and wrapped the patriotic paper around the cone, topping each cone off with a little more melted chocolate...

They were a hit! You can see more detailed instructions OVER HERE....
P.S. an egg carton upside down, made the perfect holder... And these would be perfect with Homemade Ice Cream!
