Ruffle Pillow Pattern from V and Co.

We've never met In Real Life, we've commented on each others blogs, we've sent emails back and forth, we've text'd, we've talked on the phone. And.... I call her my friend.

I can't even remember when I actually connected with VANESSA,

but years have gone by. Quickly I might add.

She lived in Utah. I visit Utah occasionally. But the timing has never been right and we didn't get the chance to meet. Now she's moved far away. And even though we've never met IRL. I miss her!

Weird I know.

But I do send V and her family nothing but good wishes on their new adventure and will hold out hope that one day we'll actually get to meet face to face.

And in the midst of her big move, she has graciously allowed me to sell a couple of her patterns in my Etsy Shop.

This one.... I just adore.... It's her Ruffled Pillow Pattern

I made these two smaller versions a couple weeks ago. I love gingham. I love red gingham! And my porch is decorated in red, white and blue.

I love how these turned out. {the red gingham pillow has a bit wider ruffle than what the pattern calls for}

I am thinking I might have to make a couple of these for a certain grand-baby I know. ;)

And while I was in the process of cutting my strips. I thought to myself.... It would kinda be fun to package up some strips - just the right amount for a pillow - to sell in the shop.

So I did....

I have red gingham

And blue gingham

And solid white...

And several other colors and designs...

And then I was thinking.... These would totally be fun to tie packages with...




Have you tried ruffles? I am totally hooked on them now...
