Your great granny is beautiful!! I really like it on the table, and it has every color in it to match any decor. I had a great time making mine, it is on the back of my couch :)

OMG!!!!!!!!!! I love it. It is just beautiful. When I get back from Damascus (Oregon) I am going to make mine. I have had company for the past 6 weeks so haven't had a chance to work on any of my blocks.
I love your blog and look forward to reading it and seeing what you are doing. Have fun with Sid and your DH too!!

Beautiful job Jodi, I managed to do a table runner with three blocks and I know one day I will try something bigger because I enjoyed making it.

Wow - it's just beautiful! I love how the little polka-dotted fabric looks a bit blurred, like it has movement! Very clever! I would have that hanging on my front porch or from a flag pole so everyone could see it and then I'd sit back and watch them turn green with envy...but that's just me! Well done! I'm almost ready to start mine!! Have a great trip! xo, Nan

Nicely done! It makes me happy. Mine is for the second twin bed for my grandaughter. My plan was to use jelly roll & scraps from twin bed #1 quilt (class started this week). I've only completed 2 Great G squares. I learned i need better lights in my sewing room... Most background pieces are cut from Kona white, but some Kona snow got in there too!!!! So need to replace some of those pieces. Still it is a fun block. Thanks for spear-heading TGGS QAL. It is inspirational and yours is fantabulous!
