Scrapbuster Block Table Runner

I needed a little something to go with some fun kitchen stuff I bought for a Bridal Shower.

I've been working on a quilt with the blue and green fabric I bought in Sisters. And I had all these fun little scraps lying on my cutting table.  With a bit of orange & yellow added... they just happened to be the colors the bride picked out for her home.

Table Runner

This runner was really hard to part with!  I am so in love with the colors!

Table Runner

Some straight line quilting was the perfect touch! {oh... and a scrappy binding}

Table Runner

The block pattern comes from Little Miss Shabby... It's her Scrapbuster Block #1 Tutorial. It's been on my "want to try" list... since 2010.  And I LOVED making the blocks!

It's beautiful. I'd have problems parting with it too. Thanks for the link. I can't wait to get some free time to make one.

Jodi: Ths vintage sheet quilt is beyond lovely. Do you know the name of the quilt block you used in creating it? Wasn't sure if it was your own creation or if you followed a tutorial for a block you found elsewhere. I have enough sheets to get started on one but want to be sure I go with a winning block pattern. Thanks,
