Bella Stash Bag from Carina Gardner

I made some super cute little purses this week! The pattern came from my newest sponsor!

I'm excited to have Carina Gardner as one of my sponsors!  She is super talented and has some great stuff available.  Including; Classes, Fabric, Sewing Patterns, Kits and more!

I'm thrilled to be sharing a few cute little bags/purses I made this week from one of Carina's patterns!

The Pattern is the Bella Stash Bag which she uses in her Create and Make Bella Stash Bag Class...

Here is the first Bella Stash Bag I made... Isn't it cute!  I did a "Quilt As You Go" method with this one and used up some of my scraps. So fun!  I opted to leave a flower off of this one. I just loved the prints and quilting too much and thought it was pretty darn cute without one.

Here is the second Bella Stash Bag I made. I am loving this fabric and this flower!  I wanted a softer, rounder, petal, so I made the petals according to Carina's instructions but flipped them around!  And that cute little fabric button in the middle = extra special cuteness!

The Bella Stash Bag finishes at about 9" W x 8" H and is reversible!

And then I thought... Wouldn't it be fun to make a little Halloween Bella Stash Bag for my grand-daughter and fill it with some Halloween treats.... So I did!

I picked up the cute canvas flower at the craft store... See the pic below... It was $2.00. When I got home I added a bigger orange button and a cute little black button in the center.

Carina offers the Create & Make Class, The Create and Make Kit available for purchase with the class and the Bella Stash Bag pattern...  The class is only $10 and is a online, self paced class. And the class was made to be done with your kids!  Carina gives you step by step instructions and materials to help you. The classes are great!

The Bella Stash Bag Pattern is available in Carina's Online Shop HERE and is only $8.95.
Carina's patterns are awesome detailed and well written and this one definitely keeps the beginning sewist in mind.

I see a Christmas Bella Stash Bag in my future too....  If you make a Bella Stash Bag (or have made one) I'd love to see it!

Happy Sewing !!! ooxx`jodi

I love Carina's fabrics but didn't know about her classes! I used to follow her blog but sadly let it go in a blog purge because at that time she blogged mainly about paper crafts...maybe I should pick her blog back up for another read!
