AccuQuilt BOB Blog Hop!

Welcome to the AccuQuilt BOB Blog Hop and take a look at the new table runner I made this week!

Blazing Star Table Runner

I've blogged about my fabulous GO! Baby accuquilt cutter before... My last project was my Red and White Hunter Star Table Runner.  I still have fabric sitting here to make a whole quilt... {not enough time in the day.....}

Well... the fabulous peoples over at AccuQuilt recently invited me to participate in their BOB Blog Hop!

Who's BOB you ask? BOB stands for Block On Board.  Block On Board or BOB die designs enable you to create an entire block with just one die. So cool! You can learn more about BOB dies... HERE...

So a fun package arrived in the mail a couple weeks ago, and as soon as I got some chores done around the house... I went to work cutting and sewing.

Blazing Star Table Runner

I chose to share the GO! Blazing Star block with you. It's made using a BOB Blazing Star 12" die by Eleanor Burns!

Every time I use a die from accuquilt, I am blown away.  Everything matches so perfectly and sews together so effortlessly. It's amazing!

This block was no different.

Here is a Wall Hanging made with the Blazing Star die.... [the pattern is free from Aug. 18 - Aug 31 HERE]

I decided I should probably get a jump start on Christmas presents. I know! Crazy to even say that word!  But... last year I kind of stressed myself out sewing at the last minute. So this year...hopefully....I can enjoy the process a little more.

while I do love cutting fabric, Have always wanted to work with the accuquilt dies - this one would be one of my favorites I think.

Does the pattern have "y" seams? Love the die, I have an Accuquilt
and have used it very little. This really inspires me to get this one and use it if it's no Y seams.

Beautiful colors and lovely runner. Love the idea of all the pieces on one die. It makes things easier to keep all the right pieces in mind and together. I'd love to get dies in the mail! That would be like Christmas every time.
