I was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Aside from a few years in Las Vegas, Nevada, I have lived just down the road in a few different directions from Pleasant Home.
I started blogging in 2006 and have loved every minute of it. I cannot even begin to tell you the awesome experiences I've had because of blogging. I have met some wonderful people whom I may never meet in person, but have felt an instant connection with, and call them my friends.
I flit as my mom call's it. From one thing to the next. Often times not finishing the first thing I started. At least not for a while.
I am a professional Organizer and House Cleaner. I've been organizing and cleaning homes for others off and on for over 30 years.
Recently I put away my cleaning rags and rubber gloves to began a new adventure called Pleasant Home. Part of my new adventure is the almost daily posting on this blog. Here I will share with you all things home.
When I'm not blogging, I love to garden, sew, clean, organize, take naps, read children's literature, take pictures, go for Sunday drives, paint, research my family history, run, walk, exercise, email, watch my boys play soccer, look at magazines, read my favorite blogs, discover new favorite blogs, make lists, cook, and bake.
